9. Fraud Prevention

9.2 Any fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, registering multiple accounts or using unauthorised payment methods, will result in immediate account termination.

11. Withdrawals
11.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is 20 GBP, EUR or USD.
11.2 If your deposit has not been wagered at least three times prior to withdrawal, transaction fees may be applied.
11.3 We reserve the right to carry out verification checks before processing any withdrawal and may place a hold on transactions where discrepancies are identified.
11.4 Standard withdrawal limits are as follows: 2,000 GBP/EUR/USD per day, 5,000 GBP/EUR/USD per week and 20,000 GBP/EUR/USD per month. Increased limits may be available for high-value players.
11.5 Progressive jackpot winnings are paid out in full and are not subject to standard withdrawal limits.
11.6 All withdrawal requests are processed by our Finance team following successful identity and account verification. Processing takes place Monday 00:00 UTC through Friday 23:59 UTC.
11.7 Only one withdrawal request may be active at any given time.
12. Dormant Accounts
12.1 Any account showing no activity for 90 consecutive days will be classified as dormant. We reserve the right to close such accounts and retain any remaining balance.
